Make possible to create projects with fewer number of tracks. #20

The reason for doing this:

1) The number of tracks correlates strongly with memory consumption and having 
9 editable tracks will make editing HD material on lower end systems 

2) This will also make running flowblade on smaller screen 786 vertical 
resolution devices better as user can decide if they want to have more or wider 
tracks available to for editing.

Issue description should say:

9 editable tracks will make editing HD material on lower end systems hard / 
impossible. Using lower number of tracks will make program perform better when 
editing HD material if there isn't 2 GB free memory available.
