Waveform doesn't position correctly when trimed by the beginning

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import audio file
2. Put I/O in monitor
3. Place on a timeline
4. Use trim tool to extend it by the beginning
5. Waveform doesn't display correctly (graph is not sync)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Waveform synch with sound

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Same result with 0.10 and flowblade-trunk. Debian Wheezy and Ubuntu 13.04

Please provide any additional information below.

If the user disable then display waveform again, the position is correct.

Confirmed. Needs more offset updating, will fix.

This has been fixed in repository, fix will be available in 0.14.
