Can't shift a track #50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.place a track on the time line
2.drag it to the right

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect track to shift to the right on the timeline, instead it snaps back to 
the beginning

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.10.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Great software so far, besides this one issue.

Please use "Overwrite Move" tool to achieve that. See:
