Rendering high fps recordings to slow motion #83

When rendering a slow motion video from a high fps footage, it only uses that
normal frame rate instead of all that extra frames.

Here is an example file:

I tested this on my system. The result I got was the same as 'expectation.mp4'
in the downloaded files, so this bug does not reproduce on my system.

It is likely that you use an older version of MLT or one of its dependencies,
and this has been fixed in newer versions.

I'm marking this 'UseLatestMLT' to suggest that the fix is to install
repository version of MLT.
