What interface shows the new feature? [UI, CLI, REST API]
UI, CLI

What problem does the new feature solve?
Easy access to file directly from client applications designated to open .csv 
files (e.g. Excel, Open Office)

How does it solve the problem?
File extension will automatically associate the downloaded file with the 
application.

Closing this external bug -- the CLI already gives the user this option (they 
specify the destination), and we're tracking it internally for the UI.
