Plan to support VS2012 and VS2013 #12

Hi, Is there a plan or a workaround we can use to make gccxml work with headers from VS2012 and VS2013 ?

GCCXML's development has stopped. GCCXML was replaced by CastXML: https://github.com/CastXML/CastXML

Please try it out, CastXML works with newer compilers.
