First draft of ConOps document. All responsibility assignments are up for debate, I just wanted to get my initial thoughts down and we can go from there. Tomorrow I will work on sorting the info into something more logical.

The HRM system is an interim employee directory solution which provides immediate access to information on the availability of resources and skills within ESDC related to support mission critical activities. The primary goals and objectives include:

Interm solution, maybe. MVP is intern solution, as Odoo isn't accessible, for example. Though there was interest in supporting this long term (GC Tools), in which case it wouldnt be interim

• Publish a list of critical employees outside the ESDC network
• Provide access to employees and managers to update directory information

Directory information? Is directoy here meant to refer to AD? I thought syncing was still TBD ...

• Generate reports on availability of key resources and skills

User Account Management --> IT Strategy ... at least initially? Should be self serve after that, I imagine
