I suggest that the code base be upgraded to use LabVIEW 2020/NXG 5.0 Community Editions to allow any developer to download, comment and contribute freely to the project.

Since it is freely accessible for hobbyist and open source development, this seems the logical version to promote for collaborative work on this project.
