Indexer lists versions of VIPM packages as different packages. #68

IE: oglib_dictionary-1.0, oglib_dictionary-1.1, and OpenG Dictionary Library

This will be accounted for in the updated indexer but am documenting here for completeness. The new indexer will link together multiple listings with the same name as different versions when possible.
