With 1.13.2-mc1.10.2.jar water is not visible when viewing them through an active Stargate, I would suggest making the event horizon texture Opaque. Also all of the mods items (not blocks) are too big both in your hand and on the ground: Item textures compared to normal item (Iron Ingot)
