Encrypt a file using command prompt in Windows #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have a file and i wish to encrypt the file using command prompt. 
2. I have loaded the public key to do encryption
3. I dont have steps or commands to encrypt in windows command prompt (cmd).
Please provide help.

Version: Windows 7
Cryptophane version: 0.7.3 - 1.4.2gnu

I would be very greatful to you if you can help me with the scripts. Actually 
we want to automate the process because we need to encrypt a file every day at 
11 AM.
