locked plugins #11

plugin-files are locked when the bot is running, making updates to plugins
slightly annoying - cant we fix this? this could pave the way for runtime
reload of plugins ...

I have ran into this before, seems that maybe loading the plugins in a different
application domain could possibly fix this. Since unloading binaries from C# 
requires
destroying the application domain.
