Show Lens Type #11

Would you consider adding a field to see the lens that was used to take the 
photo?

FxIF already shows this type of information if present in the XMP Lens field.
But I know it isn’t used often and most of the time that information is 
present in a maker specific area of the EXIF. Unfortunatelly this area isn’t 
standardized and difficult to decode. I’ve begun working on this nevertheless 
and version 0.5 will include this feature at least for Canon and Nikon DSLR 
cameras.

In latest changeset r27 there is code for evaluating lens type information in 
binary Exif fields. So support for lens type increased a fair bit now.
I still intent to include support for Maker Infos though – that’s the 
reason this bug is kept open.
