Make uprefs part of procmap entries instead of requiring the upmap #59

The upmap is probably slower and less correct, but it may be tricky to
remove it safely.

Should try to remove it, see what happens with performance.
Probably will speed up most variable operations slightly.

Hm. Tried it, and it slowed things up and complicated VarMaps.
