frames cannot be opened in new tabs/windows #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. surf to any page with frames
2. observe id for frame = n
3. Ctrl+n, postfix-key-open-link-in-new(tab|window)

What is the expected output?
Frame opens in new (tab|window)

What do you see instead?
no action

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.2, linux

Thank you for you feedback, but only links could be opened in a new tab/window 
and
not frames.
I change that to enhancement request.
