If I remember correct, it was Down Arrow.

Thanks for you answer.
If you were using the Down Arrow it has nothing to do with MLB as MLB does not 
change
the default scrolling behavior with the Arrow keys.
I therefor close this issue.
If you like you can have a look at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ whether this 
bug is
already known and add issue there.
