Thanks for your feedback!
I run the same configuration but could not reproduce the problem.
Have you already tried to deactivate MLB temporarily (via Alt+Decimal-Key).
Does the
problem then still exists?

Well, I can't select the link using the keyboard without Mouseless Browsing. So
when
I deactivate MB, the only way to open the link is by clicking on it with the
mouse,
which doesn't increase the font size with or without MB enabled.
I tried expanding the font using the above procedure and then disabling MB to
see if
the font size would return, but it does not, it stays large.
I will be back tonight and see if any of my other add-ons are interfering,
since I
run 10 or so of them it is possible.

Okay, instead of disabling my extensions, I just used "firefox -P" to make a new
profile without any extensions. From there I installed only the MB extension,
logged
in to Google Reader, and the results are the same: Font size increase on item
select.
I actually made a YouTube video of it, so you can see what I am doing in
detail. It's
just over 4 minutes long: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LKdB62fLV2s
While I was making the video, I noticed that Google has some sort of script
which
changes the font color of the reader item when it gains focus. I don't really
know
Java script very well, so I can't look much deeper.

Hi Davis,
thank you so much for your video!!!
But, I still can't reproduce the error :-(
I tried to reproduce it with exactly the same configuration (new profile,
3.0.11)
etc. but no resizing on my side.
The last idea I have that we have different Google settings. Which Google theme
do
you use. It likes that you also use the standard one, do you?

Yeah, I am using the standard Google theme. I real quick installed Firefox 3.5
from
PortableApps.com just to see if it would disappear with an updated version, but
it
was still there:

Here are all the Google Reader settings I could think of:
Showing the "Expanded" list
View settings "Sort by Oldest" and "Set as start page"
"Scroll tracking" is selected in the preferences
I couldn't find any other settings, so that's it I guess.
