can't delete existing url rule

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure one or more url rules
2. disable add-on
3. install LoL add-on
4. disable LoL
5. enable mouseless browsing add-on
6. attempt to delete an existing url rule

What is the expected output?

when you select the existing rule to delete it, the controls update with
the values for that rule and the [delete] and [edit] buttons are enabled.

when you click the [delete] button, the rule gets removed.

What do you see instead?

when you select the existing rule to delete it, the controls do not change.
the [delete] and [edit] buttons remain disabled. you cannot delete or edit
an existing rule.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.5.2.1 on Windows7, ffx 3.5.5
