Id allocation sequence settings. #192

What steps will reproduce the problem:
1. Open any site that has menu on top
2. Open page with forms on this site 
3. See that menu numbers has changed

Some settings to customize id numbers sequence allocation required. Thank you 
for great add-on!

What is the expected output:
I want to see menu id's constant, because I visit that site often and like to 
remember them for fast browsing.

What do I see instead:
Id numbers changed that caused inconvenience

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.2.2 Ubuntu 9.10
