Disable mouseless browsing with a key command #211

I am a disabled web developer using mouseless browsing in conjunction with
Dragon Dictate on Mac. I would like to create a command for Dragon Dictate to
be able to disable mouseless browsing, but the only way that I know how to do
this is either with a menu item, or a keyboard command. Unfortunately, the
submenu under Tools is unavailable to Dragon Dictate. Thus, it would be helpful
if there were a keystroke combination that would toggle the plug-in for when I
need to view a page without the IDs, and be able to easily and quickly turn it
back on. Thanks for creating this invaluable extension.

Perhaps

Perhaps we could use a combination such as shift command M, as that doesn't
seem to be used by Firefox from what I can tell.

Never mind, I just learned that that can be configured from the mouseless
browsing settings. I don't know where the DECIMAL key is, so I just changed it
to Alt-PERIOD. For anyone else coming across this issue, the default is
Alt-DECIMAL.

About DECIMAL. Probably it depends on regional settings.
