Can't hide tab IDs #221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on mouseless browsing
2. Tap the key that is supposed to hide the IDs
3. Most IDs toggle on and off, but the tab IDs stay put.

What is the expected output?

   I want ALL the IDs to hide

What do you see instead?

   There doesn't seem to be a way to hide tab IDs. This creates other problems. For example, in google doc spreadsheets, typing in numbers can interfere with the tab IDs and produce unexpected results. The only way to hide these IDs seems to be to disable MLB

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

   0.5.3.1
