Disk Drive Spins Endlessly #100

This issue occured in both r95 and r97:
So I start WiiXplorer just fine, then I try to switch from my SD card to my
USB and then I hear the disk drive start spinning. I waited for a bit and
it didn't stop. Do you know what could be causing this or could you fix this.

I'm using Wanin's cIOS rev17, cIOS for USB2 from your downloads page, and
Hermes cIOS222 v4.

This is weird. My drive stops normally after a time. Do you maybe have some 
kind of
modchip or anything?
