Enhancement: Favorite folders #176

How about a separate button (I would prefer not in the home menu) with 
a menu of your favorite folders on different drives?

To add a folder go to it, right click and "add to favorites" like explorer.

Why?..just why?...hmmm... Maybe if you had lots of folders. Well it could be 
easy if you could save the folder paths to WiiXplorer's config file... since 
dimok is making it so you can type in the name of the filepath to jump to... 
This would be REALLY easy todo by just saving the FolderPaths to the config 
someway and be able to access them from the StartMenu... You could mark them by 
pressing the (PLUS) button (opening the file/folder OptionMenu) and then by 
pressing Favorite.
