Not remounting/refreshing new SD card when swapped #420

Using R203.  Launched WiiXplorer, removed SD card.  Inserted new SD card and 
tried remounting and refreshing, but did not show anything from the new SD, 
only still showing items from the prior SD card.

Did you try to press the refresh button after remounting? There is no refresh 
after remounting currently.

Yeah, I tried reload/remount first, a few times but no luck.  Tried the refresh 
after.  What I was actualy trying to do was format another card that had some 
items on it, and just wanted to have a look at those items before I did that.  
I was able to format it from the menu, and actually that screen did detect the 
new card (or at least the proper size anyway).

You should only need to do a Start->Remount and than the Refresh Button in the 
upper right corner of the browser. If that doesn't work than there might be a 
bug. I need to look into it than later.
