Language file download #464

Hi,

Could it be possible to:

1) Make the "start" menu in language file (well maybe it is already, i do not 
check the code)
2) When we need to download a language file, download only the one we need

Hi,
Example: "Démarrer" in French instead of "Start".

Oh that. I can't do that because it's not a special font i use for that button. 
It's an image ;). Sorry i can't add it to the languages.
I though of switching it with the WiiXplorer button like on Credits.
