What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set the temp folder to sd:/apps/WiiXplorer
2.Set the config to delete temp folder on exit
3.Well, logic: WiiXplorer disappears for the sd card

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well, if there could be a way to prevent the deletion of any apps, it should be 
nice. Lets says maybe that temp dir should always be ./temp of any parent path.

Well I no i have done a "connerie" in the setting, and the result I obtain is 
exactly what it is suppose to do. But if there is a way to avoid deletting any 
apps from this "delete temp folder on exit" in the config, it should be great.

You can also disable the temp folder delete in the settings.

Sorry this will not be changed.
