FTP Server Sleep Error #476

I haven't used WiiXplorer in ages, or the wii itself

Anyway, WiiXplorer used to have a bug that probably isnt fixed.
The FTP server basically goes to sleep after about 20 seconds of doing work. 
This means I can't use it unless I restart it and I get the same problem again.
I do not have this problem with other ftp servers such as blackb0x ftp server 
on the ps3.

I'd really appreciate it if it could be fixed.

Hello to all.
I have the same problem.
I have not understand why or when FTP SERVER goes to sleep, but I watch that it 
goes to sleep very often. Sometimes it works correctly during upload, sometimes 
it isn't true.
My HD has NTFS partition.
I hope that this problem will fixed, because WiiXplorer is a good software, 
very useful.

I tried yesterday, i have same problem.
FTPii doesn't find the usb at all.

HDD is FAT32

Is there an other FTP i could use?

It's very likely an issue with the drive going to sleep (which is handled by 
IOS). I can't do anything about this. It needs to be changed in there. The FTP 
does not have anything like a "sleep mode".

I will be changing the USB code soon, you could try that and also try different 
IOS versions. That's the only thing I can tell you. If you use IOS58 than it is 
known to freeze with USB writes. Try the cIOS it does not have that issue.
