Don't know if you are intereseted but i made wiixplorer compile with latest ogc 
devkit and ppc versions and have attached the patch to this issue

Sorry you are a bit late with that. I am reworking the core of WiiXplorer, 
getting rid of libwiigui and how it works. Making the whole stuff a bit more 
object oriented. I cant apply the patch now but i will fix it later myself, its 
not a big deal.
