Properties Bug #498

The is a miscalculation in the date that a file was created on Wii Explorer 
r212.

The file that I'm using as an example shows that it was last modified in 1932.

Not a bug in WiiXplorer but either in the filesystem library (which i doubt 
since it works fine for me) or you just simple created that file with this 
filestamp on your comp or some other app did.
