Language path configuration

In the path configuration menu there is not an entry to configure the path 
language folder

There should be one. I think it was when you click on the path in the head of 
the settings title where you choose the language file. Don't remember anymore. 
But yeah it should be moved to the other custom path configs.

I confirm that you can change configuration when you choose the language file, 
but for consistency the option should be also in the configuration menu.
