Installed but unable to launch #519

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed, when I click the wiixplorer it shows the animation
2. Once clicked "Start" wait about 2-3 seconds, it go back to Wii menu
3. Tried installed v4 or v5 design all same.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2U
Install using Wad installer, I selected IOS249 and click install.
If I select IOS58, it shows error and unable to proceed.

Please provide any additional information below.

Channel is just a forwarder, you need to put on your sd the .dol file in 
"root:/apps/WiiExplorer/" then launch the channel to launch the exacutable.
take R212.dol in download section, then rename as boot.dol
