Since the Wii have new drive, can it read DVD backup run on external DVD drive 
by plug USB on either 1 or 2 port on Wii or Wii U?

I'm sorry I meant can you added so it can read Wii DVD backups on external DVD 
by plug on either USB 1 or 2 on Wii or Wii U? And if it "Retail Games" like in 
the store it have to be external dvd with LG drive like GDR-816XX on it.
