This PR adds support for diyHue. The Ip and Mac address of the host must be specified in the .env file.

Like a genius I ran docker-compose up without changing the env file, and wondered why it wasn't working...

I seriously need to get a reverse proxy running. The remapping of port 80 is getting ridiculous. Next on my list now
