Use Quad9 DNS by default #153

I suggest to use the Quad9 DNS by default. Anyone using PiHole is most likely quite security and/or privacy aware. Hence, they probably aren't particularly happy to route their DNS queries through Google by default.

Thanks for making mankind aware that DNS is distributed. (that DNS is also available outside the large player that we are all make an even larger player)
