If you migrate to the SensorsIot/IOTstack fork as per the above issue, you will find that Portainer CE is already supported in parallel with Portainer. You can choose either or both in the menu. The only wrinkle is that Portainer uses port 9000 while CE uses port 9002. You will find more info here.
