Hello,
I have a question about the -h parameter. Let k=# trees stored in memory.
According to the original paper, k= the expected number of recombination events
in h bases (so, k is fixed along the sequence). However, the README suggests
that k=the actual number of trees within the last h bases (so, k varies along
the sequence, depending on how many recombination events actually occurred).
Could you clarify which is correct?
Thanks,
Jack Kamm
