[feature enhancement] tbs option #23

The attached patch adds ms' tbs options to MaCS. I've tried to stay as close as 
possible to ms' behaviour. Exceptions:
* *all* options except -i can be marked as tbs
* number of iterations is optional in MaCS, thus without -i the number of lines 
in stdin will determine number of iterations

I have tested the patch but I can't promise that there aren't any bugs left, so 
please use at your own risk ;-).

Until the project owner incorporates the patch in the official sources (if 
indeed he does so), please contact me if you run into problems with the patch.
