Ploidy #26

Hi.

I would like to know if it is possible to set up MaSC to simulate haploid 
sequences? If I understand the tool correctly the parameters are scaled for 
diploids.
I appreciate very much the help and I am sorry if the question is already 
answered elsewhere.

Hi Fernando

MaCS actually generates haploid sequences.  If you want to generate haploids be 
sure to scale everything by one half. Like MS, it is scaled in 4Ne generations.
