scaling of branches #9

Hi Gary,

I was wondering how you scale the tree branches, and if you do it like in ms 
(in units of 4N0 generations), I couldn't find any details on that in the 
documentation.

Hi Paula,

Sorry, I didn't make it that explicit in the the README.  It got stuck in the 
Getting Started for the recombination rate (scaled at 4N).

So yes you are right it is like ms in that branch lengths are 4N.
