Possibly re-integrate termbox-sys repo #13

I removed the termbox-sys package from this repo and extracted it to https://github.com/gchp/termbox-sys

This was due to some errors when packaging for crates.io. I've since realised that it may be possible to keep it in the same repo and still publish rustbox in the registry.

Just not sure how yet...
