Squids don't seem to spawn #14

I'm not entirely sure why, but when we pulled Actually Additions tenatively, squids stopped spawning. This seems unlikely to have been entirely due to ActAdd, it's just when I noticed the problem.

Needed to do a /cofh killall; all the slots were taken up by ... something. Possibly a gorgon. After that, squids spawned normally.
