Ore Excavation #21

Given Geolosys' huge veins and the fact that these should be things that require multiple visits to clear out, we should really make them not trivially collectible with ore excavation.

Current thought is to limit ore excavation to mattock, hatchet, axe, and shovel. Maybe shears? Maybe empty-hand?

We ended up simply blacklisting the geolosys veins (both geolosys ore blocks and our custom geolosys vein entries) from ore excavation.
