I hate to be pedantic but this should be in British English, I think.

Pg. 8; "A useful mechanism for understanding different types of work, and the different approaches that may be applicable to delivering them within a portfolio is the “Commoditization Scale”. The Commoditization..."

Pg. 22; "Value is recognized when Customers perceive one or more of the following:  A problem of theirs is solved or minimized  An opportunity they desire is seized, maximized ..."

Pg. 50; "Lean thinking tells us to minimize the..."

Pg. 54; "However, where possible we should minimize layers"

Whether you write it with Britishizations or Americanizations, it's good stuff (speaking as a yank who's been laboring on corporate strategy write ups that coincidentally have echos of this document throughout -- it's like sort of like I'm reading the output of all my analysis for the next year). It seems likely the authors were influenced by the same people I've been reading -- Simon Wardley, Dave Snowden (and probably others I should be reading).
