fix(ShowOnMap) #1884

Fixes an issue with ShowOnMap where previous tileUrl would result in 403 errors when pulling images, also bumped to leaflet 1.9.4 as the latest stable version

Changed tileUrl provider to openstreetmap directly and updated tileAttribution, as well as infoURL
