GitHub is warning that Actions using Node.js 16 are now deprecated when doing a release. Other actions were already upgraded under #3150, but as noted heresoftprops/action-gh-release did not have an updated version available at that time. A Node.js 20 compatible version has now been released and the release Action should be upgraded to use this version.
