Ability to highlight and rename vertices in the graph UI #796

When you have lots of vertices displayed it would be useful to mark some of the important ones and rename them (this doesn't mean change the value within the database) to help with further analysis.

Following #788 (merged) these highlighted and renamed values should also be saved.

The UI fails to meet our Accessibility policy. It is unmaintainable and will be removed shortly.
