Add confirmation details when deleting a folder #4111

In the same way as when deleting streams within a feed, it would be useful to indicate exactly what will be deleted when trying to delete a folder. This would hopefully stop people deleting what they think is an empty folder when the Quick Filter is active. Well, it would have stopped me anyway if it said "Are you sure - this will delete 4 feeds, 5 pipelines, 2 subfolders and some other stuff".
