Make user details copyable to clipboard from Application Permissions window #4446

When using an external IDP, it may be useful to copy a uuid etc from the perms window for lookup elsewhere but none of the fields are able to be highlighted and added to the clipboard.

This will need to be 7.6 I think as all the users/perms screens have changed a lot in 7.6
