Can still add edges in Locked mode (but cannot delete them) #80

When locked, I cannot delete the arrows connecting nodes, but I can add new ones.

The lock feature is not mentioned in the document, but edges are mentioned "By clicking on an existing edge and press delete, the user should be able to delete the existing edge." This is not true when the lock is clicked (probably by design and just not mentioned in the document, but then not sure why I can still add edges when lock is clicked or why not mentioned in document, so opening issue just in case team is unaware). https://github.com/gcivil-nyu-org/INET-Monday-Fall2023-Team-3/assets/119933910/e353e0b1-8462-4ea3-8cf7-8ecd2b29de40

It seems that this is a feature of reactflow rather than our code, will see if we can do anything about it
