User story As user, during the react emoji phase I want to see the moon sign interpretation meanings so that I remember the meaning for each emoji.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Each emoji is clearly labeled to be positive, negative or ambiguous ( like a colored background i.e red, green or an on-hover behavior)
